Hi and welcome to this week's Eight sentences. Today I am continuing with eight from my new release, 'Fevered Kisses' an anthology of lust. This week I am continuing with the second story 'Too Darn Hot' carrying on from where we left off last time:
MY EIGHT:
Jamie looked
around at the obvious affluence. He wondered for the first time whether or not
she lived here alone. A temptation came over him to follow Miranda, the sun
always made him horny and he was sure the invitation wasn’t only to swim.
Instead he went out to the pool house and found several pairs of swim shorts in
a variety of styles and colours. As he held up a navy pair he wondered how many
men Miranda brought here.
When he was ready he climbed straight in to the pool
swimming two lengths quickly in an attempt to cool himself down. Miranda
watched him for a moment from an upstairs window. He was a sight to behold,
those broad shoulders and strong arms cutting through the water while his long
legs stretched out behind him.****************

ReplyDeleteI like the snippet but it seems to have a mixed POV. His first and then hers at the end. I would just stick with his. Otherwise, fantastic and very intriguing. I'm wondering, as he is, exactly what he's in for. :D
