Six Sentence Sunday #56

Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks six sentences.
This week l am moving a little deeper into 'Making Waves' my short novella available on Amazon Kindle, Mandy is browsing the shelves of an old, second-hand book shop. Enjoy:

She stumbled across an old copy of the ‘Kama Sutra’ and opened its pages carefully to view the crude drawings inside. Glancing back to the gap in the shelf where the heavy book had been, she noticed a small brown envelope. She looked across briefly at the shop assistant before reaching in to pull it out. On the front written in black biro was, ‘Try this first.’ The envelope was sealed but Mandy was curious enough to slip it into her pocket. Thumbing through a small collection of erotic writing, she settled on a battered copy of Victorian discipline for 30 pence and paid for it at the counter.
